Justin Wilson from Quagga Property Brokers recently assisted Iron Grip Marshall Art's studio in signing a 5 year lease in Cobble Walk Shopping Centre in Durbanville. Studio owner, Reinhardt Gallowitz, has been hard at work renovating the studio since May 2018. "At Iron Grip we teach the life changing art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to everyday people," says Reinhardt. "They don't just learn great self-defense, they also immerse themselves in the sport and make great friends in the process." Reinhardt and his team offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Women's Only Self-Defense classes and kid's martial arts classes. For more information please visit https://www.irongrip.co.za/
The 5 year lease of the 300m2 is valued at R2 353 480.84 inclusive. For assistance with your property needs please contact Justin Wilson at Quagga Property Brokers on 083 777 2297 or 021 712 8825.
