Ardi's Opens at Northgate Park

Ardi's - a food institution since the early 1990's - have now opened a food stall at Northgate Park in Parden Island. The 3 year lease, signed though Quagga Property Brokers, is valued at R248 101.92 inclusive.

The food stall will focus on Ardi's R15 store idea where, as the name suggests, all products will cost only R15. Everything is prepared at their central kitchen and delivered fresh every morning. Their menu will include artisanal coffees, pastries and sandwiches.

Besides the Food Stall, Ardi's also runs two high school canteens at Camps Bay and SACS High School, as well as their successful catering company with 3 food trucks offering coffee and pastries to burgers and shawarmas.

For help with your property requirements please contact Len Pears at Quagga Property Brokers on 021 712 8825 or 082 828 2858 or his assistant Stephen Leith.
