QUAGGA HELPS UBUNTU FOOTBALL ACADEMY FIND A NEW HOME
The Ubuntu Football Academy is a unique  football development program aimed at identifying talented young players, mostly from the most disadvantaged communities, who have  the desire to play at the highest level, and offer long-term, intensive and holistic development to enable each individual to become the best player and person he can be.
Len Pears and Ron Durbach of Quagga Property Brokers have worked closely with the academy to secure what will become a permanent home, not only for the organization but also for a number of the players who at present live in circumstances of dire poverty.
The property, in Lekkerwater Road, Kommetjie, is 1735 sq. metres in extent, which allows for the development of spacious, secure accommodation and recreational facilities for the boys who are going to make it home, and a welcome addition to the area.
Michael Jenkins of the Ubuntu Academy says “We are very excited by the potential for growing our future football stars in this facility, and have great plans for turning this site into something really special for our present and future members”.
