NEW BIGGER HOME FOR 3D GROUP
The 3D Group has recently acquired new larger premises in Capricorn Park with the help of Len Pears from Quagga Property Brokers. Established in 1995, the 3D Group is a group of strategic business units specialising in the supply of a comprehensive range of products and services for exhibitors, and exhibition and event organisers and in-store projects alike.
“With the expansion of the Cape Town International Conference Centre, and the opening of the new Century City Conference Centre, our need for larger premises to accommodate the increased work load was well needed,” explains Andrew Keymer, 3D Cape Director for the 3D Group. ““It was great working with Len and his team, they were able to understand exactly what we needed and found us the perfect solution for our business.”
The group now operates from their new 2954sqm facilities in Capricorn Park. The rental deal, signed through Quagga Property Brokers, is for a period of 8 years which is valued at R22 139 444.40 inclusive. A further 8 year option was negotiated.
