QUAGGA MD RECEIVES TOP AWARDS
Quagga Property Brokers MD, Len Pears, was recently honoured by Fortress Income Fund Limited for his contribution to their company this past year. Len received the Fortress Broker Award for Highest Commission Earned, Category: Office Space, as well as the Fortress Broker Award for Outstanding Letting Performance. All of the agents were treated to a weekend away at the Thornybush Game Lodge.

Fortress listed in October 2009 on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited as a property loan stock company. It listed with an initial market capitalisation of R1.8 billion, making it the largest initial listing in the listed property sector to date. Fortress has since performed strongly, more than trebling its market capitalisation by mid-2012. The core focus remains providing sustainable growth and value for unit holders.
