AFRICAN STONE DESIGN FINDS NEW HOME

Len Pears of Quagga Property Brokers recently assisted African Stone Design in securing new premises at Celie Industrial Park in order to expand their already large facility in Retreat. The new 198sqm premises will be used as the company’s showroom for customers to sample their simulated stone products, which include cladding, cobbles, paving, pool coping, roof tiles and tiles.

The rental agreement, signed through Quagga Property Brokers, is for 3 years with a 3 year option and is valued at R489 333.72
